Author: Nogame Great article on how to be a leader, and even how to follow one. I'd like to add that when I'm the leader, I insist that only I use the yellow Local chat channel while all others use the blue Team chat channel. The team members can see my orders and directions easier. |

most of that article just seems like common sense to me.
i like your idea about the chat colors though, maybe i'll start doing that with my guild. |
